Never received the shirt I ordered. Shipping label was created in April but never shipped. Reached out on website and got no response. Reached out on instagram and no response.
Usually with anime merch, the shirts are polyester so I was pleasantly surprised with how good the quality of the shirt was. It was like I had bought the shirt at a store.
I really like the shirt. I just wished tbe fulfillment process didnt take so long without really keeping you updated.
The ushanka is a good quality hat, it's soft, warm, and comfortable. The only problem I have is the plastic sticking out of the embroidery which I assume is not on purpose, but besides that I've really enjoyed the hat.
